Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with any part of your purchase, please let us know and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right for you.
Normally, sales are final, however if a product arrives damaged, we will make sure you can return the item and receive you money back. All we need from you is an email directly to support@techtopialab.com. In the email, you should include your name, the order number, photos of the damage and a description of the situation.
We will provide you unique instructions on the next steps since there will be different instructions for each type of item since we work with many different manufacturers.
We will stay in contact with you via email in regards to your return.
Exchanges are also welcome, however you will need to return the item first then you must order again from the site.
Returning and Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us, and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.
